- RETURNS POLICY
Our customers are entitled to full or partial returns on any order. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, please get in touch with us (www.silverjd.co.uk/contact), and we will happily rectify the issue. To request a full or partial return, you must notify us via email within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include the Product ID, your order number, and the reason for your return in the email. If the reason for your return is a fault, please also include a photo of the product(s) in question. Once you have received confirmation of your request via email, please ship your order back to us within 3 working days. The products must be unused and in their original packaging, and the customer is obliged to pay the postage fees unless the reason for the return is a fault or error (for which we are responsible).
- FAULTY PRODUCTS
All of our products undergo strict quality control before they are sent to you. In the unlikely event, you receive a faulty or damaged product, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us via email within 7 working days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the fault or damage. You will be issued a replacement or refund based on the picture alone, or you will be asked to return the product for further inspection. We aim to issue refunds within 5 days of receiving the returned product. All refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
We aim to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products, including the shape, colour, dimension, and weight. If your order arrives and is not what you had in mind, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.
